Responsibilities: • Design and develop data architectures, databases, and processing systems. • Create blueprints for data management systems to integrate, centralize, protect, and maintain the data sources. • Ensure the architecture supports business requirements. • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. • Work with other IT team members and managers to determine data requirements and create the appropriate databases to meet these needs. • Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production. • Monitor system performance and identify problems that arise. • Respond to and resolve database access and performance issues. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role. • In-depth understanding of database structure principles. • Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques. • Proficiency in visualizing data patterns, trends, and making predictions for future. • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude. • Attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
